Paula Deuber

Paula is a Brazilian born illustrator working in the suburbs of Melbourne, Australia.

Whether working on a painting, picture book or a commission project, Paula’s pictures always feature a sense of connection with nature. She works mainly with watercolour and ink, creating high quality, time resistant paintings and occasionally ventures into the digital realm or plays with markers, gouache and mixed media.

Paula has created illustrations for projects with several clients and collaborators,  including Copic Australia, Royal Talens Australia, Trust for Nature, the Whittlesea Review.

Paula has recently illustrated “The Leftover Lemon Dilemma” published by Loose Parts Press and soon to be published “The Bone Ranger”.
